About the Quality Control Department

The Quality Control Department monitors Community Earth Organization for any abuse. It assures that all personal information is kept safe. It compiles statistics for each 6 month period. Furthermore, when needed the department can make general announcements concerning problems.

To ensure quality of service within the Community Earth Organization this department keeps track of and looks into any complaints. It then acts accordingly (by procedure) and suggests an alternative to the problem. In some cases, such as in the Service Co-operative, a service provider may be told that they cannot practice a service any longer within the co-operative until they can upgrade their skills. The member would still be able to work on projects and offer thier other services in the meantime.

The Quality Control Department has the power to revoke membership with proof of abuse.
