Member Profiles

Profiles are used for all Community Earth activities. Each member manages their own profile. Members can at any time, add, modify or delete personal information and the services they are offering. Members can furthermore consult their monthly timetable by checking their profile.

Services Offered :
Members can choose the skills/services that they wish to offer based on their interests, abilities and knowledge. Their time can be used by members, by Community Earth Organization and/or the projects. All members are automatically included in "general labor" category so that they can more easily complete their hours each timetable period.

Personal Information :
This includes contact information and member ID in order to have free access within Community Earth. A password keeps the information confidential.

The Timetable :
Members have a period of 4 weeks (28 days) to complete their hours. All timetable weeks start on a Monday and finish on Sunday. In the first 3 weeks a member has the possibility to book their timetable. If by the end of their 3rd week members have not completed their minimum hours and presuming they have not already booked time with members or on projects for the 4th week, the Service Co-operative will assign them a project to allow them to complete their timetable. Any mixture of volunteer hours on projects or for other members is acceptable. It is a member's responsibility to complete their hours each timetable period.
