Use the form below to apply for membership. Once you have completed and sent your request a service co-operative agent will contact you. In order to have your own profile to vote and to start using the Service Co-operative and Resourcary you will need to present at least one piece of identification, ie.: drivers license, passport, medical card, school id etc... to a service cooperative agent. There are some exceptions to not having identification but a person will be accepted much faster with them. You can also fill the following form in person at any Community Earth office or pick up a copy to give to others.
